Papers you needed for Spouse visa accompanied with work permit
Personal Documents
1. Passport: Valid passport of the applicant (spouse) and the sponsor (partner).
2. Birth Certificate: Birth certificate of the applicant (spouse).
3. Marriage Certificate: Marriage certificate of the applicant (spouse) and the sponsor (partner).
4. Divorce/Death Certificate: Divorce or death certificate, if applicable.
Sponsor’s Documents
1. Valid Visa: Valid visa of the sponsor (partner) in the country where the applicant (spouse) will be joining.
2. Proof of Income: Proof of the sponsor’s (partner’s) income, such as:
– Employment contract
– Pay slips
– Bank statements
3. Proof of Relationship: Proof of the relationship between the applicant (spouse) and the sponsor (partner), such as:
– Joint bank statements
– Joint rental agreements
– Photos and other evidence of cohabitation
Work Permit Documents
1. Job Offer Letter: Job offer letter from the employer in the country where the applicant (spouse) will be working.
2. Employment Contract: Employment contract signed by the applicant (spouse) and the employer.
3. Proof of Qualifications: Proof of the applicant’s (spouse’s) qualifications, such as:
– Diplomas
– Certificates
– Transcripts
Additional Documents
1. Police Certificate: Police certificate from the applicant’s (spouse’s) home country and any country where they have lived for the past five years.
2. Medical Certificate: Medical certificate from a recognized medical professional.
3. Proof of Language Proficiency: Proof of language proficiency in the language of the country where the applicant (spouse) will be living and working.
4. Proof of Funds: Proof of funds to support the applicant (spouse) during their stay in the country.
